Working philosophy
Why one accountable leader
Most growing businesses don’t lack vendors. They have an IT provider, a few software subscriptions, maybe a marketing agency, and a handful of capable people. What they often lack is someone who connects those pieces to what the business is trying to achieve and sees the work through.
That is the role Kencoder is built around. The same person who learns how your business works makes the recommendations, leads the implementation, and stays accountable for whether it delivers. Technical decisions are explained in plain language, tied to business outcomes, and made with your people, not around them.
Experience across engineering, infrastructure, managed services, and startup leadership means being comfortable at every level, from network design to a conversation about margins. But the starting point is always the business, not the technology.
