Why it works better together

One plan. Connected execution.

Your website, customer records, daily operations, and technology all affect the same business. We help them work toward the same goals—with a clear plan and accountable leadership from assessment through implementation.

When each piece is handled separately, decisions get made in isolation: a new website that doesn’t feed the sales process, software that staff work around, or IT spending that isn’t tied to what the business is trying to do. One accountable leader keeps those decisions connected.

Technology leadership
Priorities, budget, vendors, and decisions owned by one experienced person—a fractional CIO or IT director.
Growth marketing
Customer acquisition connected to follow-up, your CRM, and your capacity to deliver.
How the work connectsYour business goals sit at the centre. Accountable leadership surrounds them and connects three capabilities: Managed IT, AI and automation, and business systems and custom software. Growth marketing connects customers to the business, adoption and training connect your people, and all of it supports daily operations.Accountable leadershipAdoption &trainingGrowthmarketingYour businessgoalsManaged ITsecure & reliableAI & Automationless manual workBusiness Systems& custom softwareYour peopleCustomersDaily operations

What we do

The capabilities to carry the plan through

A roadmap only matters if it gets implemented. These three groups of work cover most of what a growing business needs—led by the same person who helped set the plan.

Managed IT

Systems your team can rely on, and data that stays protected.

Dependable day-to-day technology, sensible security, and a plan for when something goes wrong—so IT supports the business instead of interrupting it.

  • Support and device management for your team
  • Cybersecurity, backup, and recovery planning
  • Cloud, network, and infrastructure modernization

AI & Automation

Less repetitive work, with your people still in control.

Automate the hand-offs and data entry that slow your team down, and put AI to work on tasks where it genuinely helps—with human review where mistakes matter.

  • Workflow automation between the systems you use
  • AI-assisted drafting, sorting, and summarizing
  • Small, measured pilots, training, and ongoing tuning

Business Systems

Information that flows from first inquiry to final invoice.

Choose, configure, and connect the systems that run your business—CRM, ERP, inventory, accounting, reporting—so people trust the numbers and stop re-keying data.

  • ERP and CRM selection, setup, and adoption
  • Integrations, data clean-up, and reporting
  • Portals and internal tools when buying falls short

Technology we commonly work with

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; cloud hosting and backup; endpoint security and identity management; networks and Wi-Fi; CRM, ERP, inventory, and accounting platforms; APIs and automation tools; websites, analytics, and marketing platforms. We are not tied to one vendor. Product names are examples, not partnerships or certifications.

How it works

Start with the opportunity—not a predetermined solution

We don’t arrive with a product to sell. We look for where the business can gain the most, then decide what to keep, what to fix, and what—if anything—to add.

  • Keep the tools and people that already work.
  • Prioritize by economic value, not technical novelty.
  • Implement in phases you can absorb.
  • Train people so changes actually stick.
  • Configure proven software first; build custom only when it is the better fit.
More about how we work
  1. Step 1: Free preliminary assessment

Online or by phone. We learn what you want to improve, how the business runs today, and whether we are a good fit.

  2. Step 2: Paid business assessment, if it makes sense

A deeper look at operations, systems, and opportunities. Scope and fee are agreed before any work begins.

  3. Step 3: A prioritized, practical roadmap

Current-state findings, opportunities, estimated effort and investment, and the business-case assumptions behind each recommendation. It is yours to use even if you don’t hire us to implement it.

  4. Step 4: Phased implementation

If you proceed, the assessment fee can be applied toward the agreed project. Work happens in sensible phases, with training so people adopt the changes.

  5. Step 5: Ongoing leadership and improvement

Where it helps, continued technology leadership, managed IT, and regular reviews keep everything working toward the next goal.

Common questions

Do we need to know which technology we need?

No. Start with what you want the business to do better—grow, handle more work, keep more margin, or depend less on you. Choosing technology comes later, once the priorities are clear.

Can you work with our existing systems or IT provider?

Yes, subject to access and an agreed scope. Many businesses already have useful tools and capable people. The aim is to coordinate them toward the same goals, not to replace them by default.

Do we have to replace everything?

No. Part of every assessment is deciding what is worth keeping. Often the better investment is configuring, connecting, or properly adopting software you already pay for.

Is this only for companies with multiple locations?

No. Single-location businesses are just as welcome. What matters more is that the business is established, the owner is engaged, and there is a meaningful opportunity to improve.

What happens after the preliminary assessment?

We will tell you plainly whether we think a deeper, paid assessment is worthwhile. If it is, we agree on its scope and fee before any work starts. It produces a practical roadmap you can use whether or not you hire us to implement it, and the fee can be applied toward an agreed implementation project.

How much does it cost?

The preliminary assessment is free. Deeper work—a paid assessment, implementation, or ongoing leadership—is scoped and priced for your situation and agreed before you commit. There is no one-size rate card.

What would you like your business to do next?

Tell us where you are today and what you want to improve. We’ll help determine whether there is a worthwhile next step.
